4 works from my BRIGHT LIGHTS series flew over the pond to Los Angeles to be featured at Saatchi´s THE OTHER ART FAIR in February 2025
The photograms by Walter Hill, Todd Haynes, Udo Kier, and Paolo Sorrentino were taken at the Munich Film Festival in 2013 and 2014 and were exhibited in the protagonists hometown.
They were accompanied by the series ANGELS FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES.
Black-and-white silver gelatin photograms in 30/40 cm format, which I created in January during preparations for the exhibition featuring two baroque angels, when devastating fires raged in the City of Angels.
Emotionally charged, they are, so to speak, a call to the guardian angels that everything will turn out well in the end...
